Package Inclusions:

• Welcome Drink on Arrival (Non-Alcoholic).
• Accommodation in Deluxe AC Cottages.
• Vegetarian Meals inclusive and served at our Restaurant. As per plan [AP {B-L-D}, MAP {B-D} & CP {B}]
• In-house activities like Swimming Pool (usable if weather permits), Indoor & Outdoor Games, and library with collection of books on wildlife.
• Movie on Gir wildlife every evening (usable if weather permits).

Package Exclusions:

• Beverages, extra meals.
• Jungle Safari / Open Gypsy safari (For Advance booking https://girlion.gujarat.gov.in/)
• Any other services / facilities /activity which are not mention in package.
• Laundry or any other personal expenses.
• All taxes are extra.

Extra Activity on Demand (Chargeable):

• Trekking - Bird Watching - Village Walk - Mango Farm Visit - Siddi-Dhamal Dance - Cycling.

Special Notes:

• Kids up to 5 years are complimentary on plan in parent's room without extra bed.
• Child above 5 years to 12 years can stay in the same room with an extra bed as per the chosen plan rates (Age Proof is must).
• Child 12 year and above age is considered an adult & will be charged as per the extra adult cost.
• A Mandatory stay for 2 night's stay is required on above given dates of Diwali, Christmas & other Festive Season.
• Extra person would be charged as per above rates.
• Standard check in time is 14:00 Hrs. and check out time is 11:00 Hrs.
• No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
• Extension available on pro rata basis. Subject to availability.
• A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. Identification proof accepted is Passport, Driver's License or Voters Registration Card. (Also Carry with child photo ID proof like School ID, Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.)
• Unmarried couples are not allowed.
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• Prior instruction is required for driver's accommodation.
• For online advance safari booking log on to https://girlion.gujarat.gov.in/
• 100% Safari permits are online; you are requested to book online permit for Jungle safari/Gir Jungle Trail /Open Gypsy Safari in advance. To avoid inconvenience you may also book Devalia Safari park permits online (Devalia Safari Closed on every Wednesday).
• GST Extra as actual.
• If any Changes in Tax structure From Government then TAX may change accordingly.
• Cancellation policy: For Normal days 100 % will be charged for cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival & for Diwali / X Mas / Long Week Ends / Festival 100% will be charged for cancellation received 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy also mention in quotation / booking voucher.
